Booking Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern all entertainment bookings with Hannah Carrera Music (‘Us’, ‘We’) made by a person who makes a booking (‘You’). These terms are deemed to be accepted upon payment of a deposit for an entertainment booking.
Services
In consideration for the payment of the Fees, We will provide the agreed entertainment package as defined on the Services page of the Hannah Carrera Music web site. We will be responsible for providing and setting up all required performance equipment.
You will be responsible for ensuring there is a suitable performance area and that there are at least two independent power sockets. You will facilitate access to the venue from 90 minutes before the start of the entertainment to allow for set up.
You will be responsible for providing drinking water during the entertainment.
Fees
The fees payable for the provision of the entertainment services are as shown on the Services page of the Hannah Carrera Music web site, and will be confirmed on a booking confirmation.
Fees are payable in two amounts, a deposit and a final payment.
You are required to pay a deposit of 20% of the agreed total package price to secure a booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless the engagement has had to be cancelled by Us, in which case the full deposit will be refunded.
Unless previously agreed between You and Us, the final payment of the balance of the fees must be received either by bank transfer three days before the event date or by cash on the day of the event prior to commencement of the performance. The final payment will include charges made for any Expenses (as below).
Expenses
The rates include travel to and from the venue within 20 miles of the centre of Norwich. For bookings outside this area, travel will be charged at a rate of 25p per mile from the NR6 postcode. Special arrangements will apply to any bookings more than 50 miles from Norwich which will be discussed on a case by case basis. The expenses (where applicable) will be clearly marked out in the booking confirmation and will be due with the Final Balance.
Cancellation by the Client
If You cancel within 14 days of the event, 100% of the outstanding balance will be due.
If You cancel between 15 days and 28 days before the event, 50% of the outstanding balance will be due.
If You cancel more than 28 days before the event, the deposit will be forfeited but no further payment will be due.
Upon payment of the deposit, You specifically accept these cancellation terms. All cancellation fees must be paid within 10 days of cancelling the booking.
Cancellation
In the event that We have to cancel this contract for reasons beyond its control (including but not limited to injury, sickness, adverse weather, civil unrest), liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
Miscellaneous
No variation to these terms and conditions will be valid unless agreed in writing by Us.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
